Welcome to my academic profile! I am currently a Ph.D. candidate and Junior Researcher at CERGE-EI in Prague, Czech Republic, specializing in applied economics. I'm committed to pushing the boundaries of knowledge in Development Economics and Gender Economics, with a specific focus on assessing the ways conflicts impact households in developing countries, unraveling the social, and political consequences. 

During my academic journey, I spent 3 months as a visiting scholar at the University of Sydney, exploring the role of gender in competition and aspiration. Another 3-month research stay at the Vrij University of Amsterdam deepened my appreciation for working with individual-level data to gain valuable insights.

I am currently under the supervision of Assistant Professor Christian Ochsner.
